  5. Plug the USB cable into the T-Mobile Dash.
  6. From the Microsoft ActiveSync window, click the Sync icon on the device to initiate an ActiveSync session.
  7. After ActiveSync has completed, scroll to and select Tools.
  8. In the Tools menu, scroll to and select Explore Device.
  9. Select the desired content that you would like to store on the computer, and then transfer the content from each of the folders.
  10. Once all the content has been transferred, you can unplug the device.
